I'm back again and this past week has been quite gruesome. I mean, the weather has been quite harsh and discouraging and if i wasn't as motivated as i am now, i woulda slacked and postponed on numerous days. I'm still at it with my workout plan and diet. Trust me, as a Nigerian man who LOVES and ADORES food, this has been torture.
But i found a trick. I don't avoid food as such. Rather, i eat in small amounts. Found out i could still eat good with smaller servings. When we go past the required amount of servings, thats just being greedy. Trust me, if i'm given a chance, i can eat a medium pot of jollof rice EASY...smh! My advice is that you reduce what you would rregularly eat on a regular day, by half. So instead of a full plate, why not go for half? You don't have to eat to the point where your stomach gets all round and stretched. keep in mind that the stomach has muscles and when they get over used, they stretch and/orget lazy.
One thing i would love to share which i found out recently is the "standing workout". I put this up on my twitter over the week and people asked me to explain this on my blog. So here it goes: Basically you stand and put your hands behind ur head like you would in a sit up. Then you bend forward and bend all the way back. Idk if someo of you have seen the "bender ball" commercial but the workout entails bending forward and backward. not just flat on ur back but its also inclined downwards. This helps your stomach walls stretch and squeeze. This gives u better results. i love doing this topless as i love to see my abs twitch. And i'm telling you, after seeing my abs show, i've been the happiest man alive. Eventhough its just 3 on one side, its something. I'll run with that lol....so come spring break next year and its still on one side, i'm going topless lol..better than a gut....AaaaaaaaaaOoooooooWwwwwwww!!!!!
Oh btw, i've been losing weight and turning my fat into muscles....lets just end this post this way....your boy is getting SEXIER!!!!
